Not feeling well and not sure what to do? Get care for your symptoms using Prevea’s symptom checker.

Get fast access to trusted medical advice for many common symptoms without the need to schedule an appointment. You’ll complete a short, self-guided questionnaire about your symptoms in MyPrevea and receive a response from a Prevea Health provider within one hour during regular business hours.

Use symptom checker for

  • Cold, COVID-19, flu, allergies or sinus issues
  • Common adult female issues such as a UTI or yeast infection
  • Common eye and mouth problems such as cold sores, canker sores, pink eye or stye
  • Injuries and pain
  • Insect bites
  • Sexual health
  • Skin and nail problems such as minor burns, athlete’s foot or diaper rash
  • Stomach problems such as heartburn

Symptom checker is not meant to diagnose you or replace a doctor’s visit. If your symptoms are more severe, you may be directed to schedule an appointment with your provider, visit Prevea Urgent Care or go to a local emergency room.

Once you submit your questionnaire, you will receive an email or text when your treatment plan is available.
The cost is $35. If a prescription is needed, you may need to cover the cost of that as well, as indicated by your insurance.
Yes. If a prescription medication is part of your treatment plan, you can send it to the pharmacy of your choice. You are responsible for the cost of any prescriptions, over-the-counter treatments, or follow-up visits you may need related to prescriptions.
If you are a Prevea Health patient, your symptom checker questionnaire and treatment plan will be saved as part of your medical record. If you want to share your records with a physician outside of Prevea Health, you can print or email your records. Or call (920) 770-2866 to have us send a copy of your records to your provider.
We do our best to treat you, but not every condition can be treated through symptom checker. If your health concern cannot be addressed, you may be directed to a clinic for care. If this is the case, you will not be charged for symptom checker.
