Here, you will find a passion for health care excellence to help prevent illness and keep you well. You receive the same high-quality care and services from physical therapists and other specialists in this health and wellness center as you would at a typical health center. It’s all provided to you in a convenient location and at an affordable rate, made possible by Bemis and their strong commitment to your health and wellbeing.

Eligibility

The Bemis Health & Wellness Center services are available to all employees, as well as retirees, spouses and dependents on the company's health plan.*

Cost

  • $0 per Fast Track/early intervention program visit, available to all employees
  • $40 per physical therapy visit for those on the HDHP; $0 per physical therapy visit for all other eligible members. 
  • $0 per occupational health visit 

* This benefit isn’t available to people who have government health coverage, such as Medicare, Medicaid or TRICARE. Services are not available for people seeking treatment related to third party liability, such as motor vehicle accidents, as identified in the personnel’s judgement (“TPL”).

Physical Therapy 
Monday: 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 
Tuesday: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. 
Wednesday: 6:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. 
Thursday: 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Occupational Health 
Monday: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. 
Tuesday: 7 a.m. to 2 p.m. 
Wednesday: 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. 
Thursday: 7 to 2 p.m. 
Friday: 7:30 to 11:30 a.m.
