Spring Training Clinic will focus on the many variables associated with proper throwing and hitting mechanics for baseball and softball players, along with prevention techniques to keep players healthy throughout the season. The intended audience is youth through college athletes, parents and coaches.
This free clinic is baseball and softball specific for athletes of all ages. The speaker’s diverse background will provide you with insight and ideas to take back to your school and team.
