Class information
- Classes are held the first Thursday of every month from 4 to 5:30 p.m.
- Classes are open to the public.
- The cost is $20 per class. Please note that preregistration is required, and payment is due when you check in for the class.
- Please note: This class does not qualify for Flex Spending or Health Savings Accounts benefits.
Classes are for participants and up to one support person.
Class size is limited to 7 participants.
