Here, you will find a passion for health care excellence to help prevent illness and keep you well. You receive the same high-quality care and services from primary care providers, physical therapists, and other specialists in this health and wellness center as you would at a typical health center. It's all provided to you in a convenient location and at an affordable rate, thanks to Masters Gallery's commitment to your health and wellbeing.

Eligibility

The Center for Health & Wellness services are available to all Masters Gallery employees as well as the employee’s spouse, dependents and household members regardless of the medical insurance plan.

Cost

  • $0 for preventive care, primary care (family medicine and internal medicine), Prescription for Wellness, physical therapy or behavioral care visits 
  • $25 for chiropractic care visit, payroll deduction only*
  • $0 per each lab test (some exclusions may apply) 
  • $35 for each Prevea Virtual Care online visit at time of service. 
  • $0 per Prevea Urgent Care visit when the Center for Health & Wellness locations are closed or staff is not available.
  • Radiology and pathology services are billed directly to your medical plan.

* This benefit isn't available to people who have government health coverage, such as Medicare, Medicaid or TRICARE.
