Community members are invited to attend one, two, or all three standalone sessions; coffee and pie will be served.

OCONTO FALLS, Wis. — Prevea Health warmly invites the community to attend "Movement Matters," a series of free presentations centered on staying active and pain-free at every age. Attendees are welcome to join for a single topic, any combination of two, or the entire series. Each standalone session pairs expert insight from a Prevea specialist with a free slice of pie and a cup of coffee.

All three sessions will take place in the Assisi Room at HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital, 835 S. Main St., Oconto Falls. The topics, dates and times are as follows:

1.    Wednesday, Sept. 9 | 3 to 4 p.m.
Session 1: A Slice of Healthy Knees and Hips
Knee and hip pain doesn't have to slow you down. Dr. Patrick Riggle, a Prevea orthopedic and hip/knee surgeon, will explain why joint pain develops with age and share treatment options to help you stay active and comfortable.

2.    Thursday, Oct. 8 | 3 to 4 p.m.
Session 2: Caring for Your Hands as Easy as Pie
Your hands work hard every day. Dr. Daniel Williams, a Prevea orthopedic hand surgeon, will cover common hand issues that come with age and practical ways to keep hands strong and resilient for years to come.

3.    Thursday, Nov. 12 | 3 to 4 p.m.
Session 3: Sweet Tips for Healthy Feet
Chronic foot pain is manageable with the right strategies. Dr. Wyatt Wiedenfeld, a Prevea podiatrist, will share new techniques for pain relief and long-term foot health, so you can take the first step toward a more comfortable life.

“Living with chronic joint pain or reduced mobility isn’t just an inconvenience, it stops people from enjoying the daily activities and hobbies they love,” said Dr. Riggle. “Our goal with this series is to break down common health concerns in a welcoming, comfortable environment. We want to empower our neighbors in Oconto Falls and surrounding communities with practical solutions so they can stay active, pain-free, and independent at every stage of life.”
