SHEBOYGAN, Wis. — Prevea Health is proud to welcome Chukwudi Agbor, MD, a board-certified family medicine physician to the Prevea Health - Sheboygan (1703 N. Taylor Dr.) location in Sheboygan.
Dr. Agbor specializes in routine care for newborns, children and adults, including services like physicals, vaccinations, treatment for common illnesses, management of chronic diseases and other minor office procedures.

Dr. Agbor attended medical school at Ebonyi State University in Nigeria and completed his family medicine residency at the Medical College of Wisconsin. He is certified by the American Academy of Family Physicians.
