My journey into audiology began when a close family member was diagnosed with Meniere’s disease, inspiring me to study the complexities of hearing and balance. Through my education, research, and clinical training, I developed a deep passion for the ways hearing impacts communication, learning, and cognitive health across the lifespan. My experiences at Boys Town National Research Hospital and in pediatric audiology have shaped my commitment to providing individualized, family-centered care. I believe every patient—especially children—deserves care that not only addresses their hearing needs but also supports their overall growth, development, and quality of life."
