A strong patient-therapist relationship is key to the healing process. It’s a partnership and that’s why I take a collaborative approach with my patients by getting to know them and what they are seeking from me. I believe that quality care incorporates personal, work, school and community factors that impact an individual’s life.
 
I am direct and compassionate with my patients and strive to help people truly understand themselves. I also challenge them to make the changes needed to lead more authentic and fulfilling lives.
 
The relationships I have developed and my leadership experiences, combined with living in several countries and facing the challenges and opportunities of integrating into different cultures, have broadened my perspectives and help me connect with people from different walks of life.
 
People fascinate me, so I invest a lot of my free time cultivating relationships with family and friends. I have two children who continue to teach me valuable life lessons every day. I also enjoy reading, cooking, music, theater and the arts."
