The experiences that have shaped me most as a therapist are the relationships I've built with my clients. Walking alongside people through life's challenges has taught me the importance of creating a safe, supportive and judgment-free space where they feel heard and understood. I'm committed to continuing to learn so I can provide the best care possible. I believe every person deserves to feel heard, respected and supported. My approach is centered on building a trusting, nonjudgmental relationship where you can be yourself. Together, we'll work at your pace to identify your strengths, overcome challenges and create meaningful, lasting change that aligns with your goals and values. Patients can expect to be treated with respect. They can also expect a welcoming, supportive and judgment-free space where you feel comfortable sharing your thoughts and experiences. During sessions, patients and I work together to better understand what's bringing them in, identify their goals and create a plan that fits their needs. My goal is to help patients feel heard, supported and empowered as we work toward meaningful growth and positive change. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, staying active, gardening and cooking. I also love collecting Pokémon cards with my partner and taking care of my animals. These hobbies help me stay grounded, recharge and appreciate the importance of finding joy and balance in everyday life."
