“
I take a collaborative, person-centered approach that integrates the individual’s cognitive, emotional, and functional profile within the broader context of their daily life. I believe that neuropsychological care is most effective when it supports not only the patient but also their family and care network. My work is grounded in cultural responsiveness and a commitment to meeting each person where they are. I strive to provide clear, compassionate guidance and education that empowers individuals and their loved ones to navigate challenges and make informed, values-based decisions.
Patients can expect a thoughtful and supportive experience focused on understanding their unique strengths and challenges. Appointments typically involve a clinical interview followed by standardized cognitive testing to assess areas such as memory, attention, language and problem-solving. I take time to listen to each individual’s concerns, gather information from relevant sources, and clearly explain the purpose and process of the evaluation. After the evaluation, I provide clear, practical feedback and personalized recommendations that support daily functioning, well-being, and long-term planning—for both patients and their families."
