You receive the same high-quality care and services from primary care providers and other specialists in this health and wellness center as you would at a typical health center. It’s all provided to you in a convenient location and at an affordable rate, thanks to PTI's commitment to your health and wellbeing.

Eligibility

The PTI Health & Wellness Center services are available to PTI employees and dependents on PTI’s health plan. 

Cost

  • $0 per preventive care visit
  • $0 per primary care visit
  • $0 per prescription for wellness visit
  • $0 per immunization visit
  • $0 per lab visit (some exclusions may apply)
  • Radiology and pathology services are billed directly to your medical plan.
