Prevea Sports Medicine experts are passionate about helping athletes stay healthy, and if an injury occurs, getting them back to playing as safely and quickly as possible.
Injured?
For non-emergent injuries, call (920) 496-4700 to be connected with your athletic trainer. If an athlete needs to be seen by a physician at a Prevea Health Center, they will receive VIP access and will typically be seen that day or within 24 hours depending on when the injury occurs.
Training room hours
Monday: 2:30 to 5:30 p.m.
Tuesday: 2:30 to 5:30 p.m.
Wednesday: 2:30 to 5:30 p.m.
Thursday: 2:30 to 5:30 p.m.
Friday: 2:30 to 5:30 p.m.
Except when there is no school. Hours may vary based on athletic events.

We know that illnesses and injuries don’t always occur when our wellness center is open. For those times, Prevea Health offers an option for affordable health care at one of your local Prevea Urgent Care locations. The visit will be billed to your
insurance.

Prevea Care After Hours offers a free, convenient way for Prevea patients to seek medical advice 24/7, whether it be an injury, illness or medical question.
