Eligibility

The Village Health & Wellness Center is available to every employee at The Village Companies, including their spouse and dependents, regardless of their medical insurance plan.

Cost

  • $20 per physical therapy visit 
  • $0 per early intervention visit

Payment will be collected via payroll deduction.

Where to go when the center is closed
For early intervention appointments, fill out the form outside the physical therapy room, email ergonomics@thevillage.bz or have your supervisor email physical therapy to coordinate a time.
