Do you know an effective way to dry your shoes after a run in the rain or snow?
Follow these simple steps to make sure your shoes dry properly so you get the full life out of them.

  1. Take the sock liner out of the shoe. If dirty, wash by hand and air dry.
  2. Stick one to two pages of newspaper in each shoe and leave it in for a couple hours.
  3. Remove newspapers. If shoes are still damp, repeat Step 2 until shoes are dry.
  4. Place sock liners back in the shoes and enjoy your next run.
