Special notice
Please allow for extra travel time to our Prevea Howard Health Center, due to major road construction. Construction impacts those who use the Lineville Road exit off I-41 to access our health center. From the offramp, drivers will be detoured south on W. Deerfield Avenue. Then west on Lakeview Drive, west on Woodale Lane, north on Velp Avenue, and finally west on Lineville Road. The Prevea Howard Health Center has two driveway entrances – one along Lineville Road and another along Belmont Road. Both remain open to access the health center.
