My goal is to help patients return to and maintain a healthy and active lifestyle. Through a combination of individualized treatments, patient participation, and a little fun, we can cooperatively achieve patient-specific goals. Being a lifelong athlete, I understand the drive to get back into competition, whether that is collegiate, recreational or casual.
 
In my free time, I enjoy being outdoors in the summer, playing softball, running, paddle boarding and hiking."
