NEW Lutheran Blazers - Prevea sports medicine

The official health care provider for the NEW Lutheran Blazers. Prevea Sports Medicine experts are passionate about helping athletes stay healthy, and if an injury occurs, getting them back to playing as safely and quickly as possible.

For non-emergent injuries, call (920) 469-6810 to be connected with your athletic trainer. If an athlete needs to be seen by a physician at a Prevea Health Center, they will receive VIP access and will typically be seen that day or within 24 hours depending on when the injury occurs. 

Training room hours

  • Monday : 2:30 to 5:30 p.m.
  • Tuesday: 2:30 to 5:30 p.m.
  • Wednesday: 2:30 to 5:30 p.m.
  • Thursday: 2:30 to 5:30 p.m.
  • Friday: 2:30 to 5:30 p.m.

Except when there is no school. Hours may vary based on athletic events.
