You receive the same high-quality care and services from primary care providers in this health and wellness center as you would at a typical health center. It’s all provided to you in a convenient location and at an affordable rate, thanks to Fox Valley Technical College for prioritizing your health and wellbeing. 


Eligibility

Students: The FVTC Campus Care Clinic services are available to students currently enrolled in Associate Degree or Technical Diploma classes. 

Employees: The FVTC Campus Care Clinic services are available to all benefit eligible employees regardless of their medical insurance plan. The services are also available to the employee’s spouse and dependents if they are on the FVTC medical insurance plan.


Cost

Students

  • $0 per preventive care visit 
  • $0 per family medicine visit 
  • $0 per lab visit only
  • $35 per Prevea Virtual Care visit 
  • If radiology or pathology services are required, those will be billed directly to your medical plan. 

Employees

  • $0 per preventive care visit 
  • $20 per family medicine visit 
  • $20 per lab visit only
  • $20 per Prevea Virtual Care visit for employees, spouses and dependents on the FVTC medical plan; $35 per visit for FVTC non-plan members.
  • $130 per Prevea Urgent Care visit; mention you are a FVTC employee when checking in for your appointment.
  • If radiology or pathology services are required, those will be billed directly to your medical plan.

  • Acute care such as allergies, bites and stings, burns and sunburn, coughs and colds, ear pain, flu, headache, injuries/non-surgical fracture and musculoskeletal care, laceration evaluations, pink eye/stye, sinus infections, skin infections, sore throats, UTI/bladder infection
  • Routine medical care for children, adults and elderly including medication management
  • Chronic disease management for high blood pressure and cholesterol, hyperlipidemia, diabetes, dyslipidemia, COPD, asthma, thyroid problems
  • Minor office procedures such as skin lesion removal/biopsy, stitches
  • Nicotine cessation
  • Basic mental health including anxiety and depression
  • Diagnosis and treatment of workplace injuries
  • Occupational health services including DOT exams

Virtual appointments available if appropriate.

  • Rapid screen diagnostic tests such as rapid strep, urinalysis, pregnancy, mononucleosis and blood glucose
